Golf Training at New Movement‼️

This semi private training will focus on the mobility, stability, and power needed to improve your golf game.

If you are looking to upgrade your game, increase your capacity to play without getting sore and injured, and work on your fitness in a small group environment, then this training is for you.

All fitness levels are welcome. Each group will have 6 spots available, so make sure to reach out and reserve your spot.

Training Installments‼️

This is going to be your easiest and lowest commitment way to work with me. Get your program, dial in your movements, and go on your way.

Each training installment will include a fully customized training and lifestyle program as well as 1 or 3 personal training sessions to go over every exercise and send you on your way feeling confident.

Additional installments can be set up as frequently or infrequently as you would like.

If you have never worked with me before, you will also get a consultation/movement assessment free of charge.

Introducing Hybrid Training‼️

This new service will include everything you get from online coaching plus personal training sessions.

You can choose your frequency of in person sessions and complete the rest of your program when and where it is most convenient for you.

🔸Women’s Fit Group🔸

This semi private training group runs 2x per week with a focus on strength, mobility, and functional movement. Beginner to advanced fitness levels are welcome. Sessions are 1 hour in length and times are as follows:

🔸Tuesday @ 3:30pm
🔸Thursday @ 3:30pm

Driving your knees out as a cue throughout the entire rep can be limiting your glute gains and creating some bad habits. This is true for most lower body movements. Allowing your foot to pronate will help generate force out of the bottom of the rep. The knees can slightly push out to allow external rotation at the top of the movement as long as the feet stay properly rooted down. I often see lack of hip internal rotation stability as a bigger issue in most people and thinking of always driving knees out will not address the problem.

Always start with the feet.

Seven years ago, I got into personal training with the hope of turning my passion into a career - and one day, opening a space of my own. It’s been a lot of fun getting this place up and running, and I’m proud to finally share what I’ve been working on.
