How To Build Massive Arms - Visit My Site!

10/16/2026

I hope this triggers you into training harder.

The reality is, you're just getting out worked by a crippled meathead who can only train arms. Embarrassing, really.

If you can't build 50lbs of muscle as a natural, its not your genetics, it's your sh*t attitude, lack of discipline, and overall unwillingness to go MAX effort.

There's an epidemic of lifters training like p*ssies and blaming their genetics or natty status for their lack of results.

It's funny how i've yet to meet a single person who actually trains like an animal and doesn't have sick gains. Natural or not.

YoU CaN TaKe StErO*dS aNd GeT mOrE JaCkEd WiThOuT wOrKiNg OuT ThAn A nAtTy WhO iS tRAiNiNg!

I dunno about you, but I've seen many ppl who are natural get more jacked than dudes on gear...

Not saying it does nothing. It does. It amplifies whatever you are doing. If you train like an animal, you'll blow up. If you train like a limp potato, you'll look like a slightly less limp potato...

btw im on legit TRT rn and still getting bigger.

Can't wait to read all the excuses in the comment section. All I see are ppl who'd rather yap than get to work.

For those of you that support me, much love as always. Stay positive, get huge.

The tattianas have had enough of the slander! Time to supersize the milkers.

Dbell overhead triceps extensions is my scalpel!

Where there's a will there's a way.

Still more work to be done.

it's funny how everyone that "can tell" is a lifter with a smaller upper body than me...

I guess it would feel demoralizing to be a committed lifter and see some meathead only spamming arms and building a bigger upper body than you.

This was never my intention and it illuminates something common about life...

Many people will see your successes as a direct threat to their self worth. Another persons gain is their loss - a zero sum game

Conversely, many of you see my content as someone over coming their limitations to achieve an exceptional result. You chose to take inspiration from it.

This is my intention. If I can do this only hammering arms, then what is holding you back from building an epic physique?

If I can overcome my limitations and find a way to train a couple movements and make these types of gains, why should you let whatever is holding YOU back to continue to do so?

It comes down to whether you see others success as inspiration or just a spotlight on what you don't have.

Over and over I have been shown that many people choose competition, and see others success as a threat to their standing in the hierarchy.

I have not hatred for anyone. You never know what people are dealing with. I will continue to take inspiration from others, I will continue to chose collaboration over competition, despite how others act.

I don't deny that life is competitive. But I believe I can achieve greater heights by taking inspiration and learning from others successes, rather than viewing their wins as my losses.

I appreciate all of you that view my wins as a source of inspiration and motivation. Thanks for rocking with me 💪

Here's my 2 cents on biceps training...

The biceps is a pretty simple muscle.

Forget about targeting different heads.

Pick a couple 'elbow flexing' movements you like.

Focus on progressing the weight and reps.

Scale up your volume and frequency a bit as you go.

Use a variety of rep-ranges and tempos.

Track everything and chase progression!

You can use my app 'Gains Tracker' for free the first month if you're interested.

I made this same post 3 years ago and a ton of ppl clowned me.

Turns out I wasn't totally wrong.

The truth of it is this: if you compensate with a lack of direct stimulus with better intensity, consistency, and progression, then indirect stimulus can carry you a long way.

I'm never advocating that anyone willingly only train arms. If I could train my other body parts directly, I WOULD.

But, I think my results are some real world proof of the value in consistency, intensity, and progress. Basically, the hard boring sh*t over and over and harder and harder.

Building muscle isn't actually that complex...it's just hard to DO all the work.

HOF level arm spammer at this point.

09/06/2026

Still pi**ed off at life for taking away my ability to train properly.

We all get f*cked by life in one way or another.

I chose to f*ck back by going on a war path spamming 2 arm exercises...

Probably at least slightly insane.

But, what is the alternative? Let life f*ck me? Define me? Nah, I'd rather be this.

Rather be a stubborn, resilient f*cker, hard to kill, refuse to quit.

I'll keep showing up and doing what's necessary. 2 hours of stretching/mobility and 2 dam arm exercises it is.

How is life f*cking you? Are you letting it happen? How you respond defines you more than you know.

I will forever resist. I chose to keep going, keep pushing. In the process, I have became more proud of the man I am.

This is priceless. Life will push you around until you decide what you are worthy of.

The faster you fold, complain, rationalize...the lower you land.

The harder you resist, push back, fight against massive uncertainty...the higher you rise.

How you respond to life's f*ckery sets the standard for your life.

Maybe I'm just a meathead spamming arms to you. To me, I am deeply proud of myself because I know what it is to be a weaker man.

There is not greater satisfaction than seeing yourself gain strength - true strength, rising against your greatest challenges.

It comes from resisting the f*ckery life throws at you. We can all chose to do it. But it is certainly a harder path.

Stop complaining, throw away the narrative you tell yourself to rationalize your dissatisfaction with your life. Attack mode on, face the storm head on.

If nothing else, I hope my story inspires you to be resilient and to fight back.

For everyone that keeps saying it's just the Duck Eggs....

I got to 215lbs completely natural only training limbs. Which was 25lbs more than my biggest when I could previously train everything. I did start eating the duck eggs in 2025 tho.

Time, consistency, and levelling up the focus/intensity all took time to build. Even though I was more limited exercise wise, I managed to gain more total mass by developing these other principles.

My whole upper body grew substantially from maxing 2 arm exercises, NATURALLY. The same process has continued since going enhanced, but the ceiling on growth has been lifted.

Never advocating to anyone to willingly only train arms. Most of the muscle you build will come from levelling up your consistency, intensity, and progressive overload. I can still control all 3 of those, even with a super limited routine otherwise.

There are always more levels to take your consistency, intensity, and progression. But most ppl dont...bc it's hard. It's easier to watch another science video overanalyzing the eccentric.

I would give anything to be able to train chest, back, and shoulders again. Heck, even just a few different arm exercises would be nice!

Being able to do a few different leg exercises would be a real treat too. For now, I'm stuck with bulgarian split squats or stationary lunges. With all the cool new machines nowadays I really feel like I'm missing out sometimes and I get bummed.

But that's not my path. This is my path. I will continue to show up and maximize what I can do within my limitations.

I understand that it is a difficult issue to grasp. It took me years to understand what was going on myself. Countless misdiagnoses and the next professional lining up to claim they'll 'fix me'.

In the end, I learned enough to understand the issue to be able to manage it. 2 hours of stretching and mobility before every workout. Untangle the crooked mess long enough to push some MFin weight!

If you want to understand more watch my pinned posts or head to my YT channel, I have several videos explaining everything in detail.

Life aint ideal, but I chose to fight. I hope to continue to inspire you guys. All of you that are supportive, it means the world, thankyou.
