We are so excited to be only a couple weeks away from the start of our fall and 10-month sessions! The first week of classes is September 14th - 19th!

We wanted to make sure to answer some of your frequently asked questions if you have registered or still need some time.

With so many classes, age groups, and times available, we know choosing the right program can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry, we have something for everyone!

Did you know next week is SUPER for so many reasons! 🦸
1. It's Superhero week, and we may have some special guests come and say hello!👀
2. We have early drop-off and late pick-up options next week!

We offer Early drop-off and Late Pick-up only a couple of times throughout the summer, and next week is one of those weeks! We will open the gym early at 8:10am, and offer late pick up until 5:00 for late pick up! You need to register for these, and they are 5$ each! If you have any questions, email us or register online for the camps, and the early drop-off/late pickup online. Find the link in our bio!

Wow! Only about a week until our first Summer evening drop-in class! We are so excited to offer these classes this summer as they were designed with convenience and summer fun in mind! The best parts of these classes:
☀️ Pick and choose which days or register for them all!
☀️Offered Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
☀️Classes for ages 2-9+
☀️Still the same excited gymnastics classes we are known for
☀️A less intense structure to make it easy for everyone to drop in!

4:45-5:30 Tues/Thurs Parented Preschool drop-in ages 2-4
5:00-6:00 Tues/Thurs Preschool drop-in ages 4-6
6:00-7:00 Tues/Thurs All Levels Gymnastics Ages 6-8
5:30-7:00 Tues/Thurs All levels Gymnastics ages 9+

With the weather so nice this week, we wanted to open registration early for our Summer Drop-in Programs!

Our Summer Drop-In Programs are a fun and flexible way to stay active all summer long!

These classes still include coach-led warm-ups, stations, and skill progressions, but instead of report cards and strict weekly lesson plans, athletes will have more freedom to work on personal goals and skills they want to improve with the help of a certified coach!

Athletes will rotate through stations with recommended skills and activities, while also getting opportunities to practice and progress skills they’ve already been working on.

The best part? You can register for all the days, half the days, or just a couple here and there, depending on your summer schedule ☀️ Perfect for athletes wanting extra gym time or anyone interested in trying gymnastics without committing to a full season!

Class Options:

👶 Parented Preschool (Ages 2–4)
🤸 Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 4–6)
⭐ All Levels Gymnastics JR (Ages 6–8)
💪 All Levels Gymnastics SR (Ages 9+)

These classes are open to all abilities and will include artistic gymnastics, trampoline, and parkour elements - the best of all worlds!
