This version focuses on inside control with your hand positioned high to help create the setup.

🥋🇨🇦 JUDO SASK DAY 1 & 2 RECAP! 🇨🇦🥋

What an incredible couple of days for our Judo Sask team! 💚💛

Days 1 and 2 have been filled with wonderful judo, tough matches, learning curves, new experiences, and so many moments to be proud of! Every athlete stepped onto the mats with courage, determination, and a willingness to learn and grow.

From hard fought battles to podium finishes, every match brought something valuable. Wins, losses, and close matches are all part of the journey, and we know our athletes are walking away with new lessons, more experience, and plenty of motivation to keep pushing forward! 💪

It’s time to work on our technique! 💥
In September, we focused on Tai Otoshi (体落) the Body Drop! A classic hand technique that relies on timing, balance breaking, strong grips, and precise movement to execute. 🥋🔥
