This all-levels workshop focuses on the physiology and anatomy of inversions and arm balance postures most commonly seen in practice. We’ll be exploring topics of safety, support, and accessibility. Hey friends,
I am offering a variety of yoga classes a week starting on May 11th. You can choose from beginner yoga, gentle morning flow, and or power flow classes. Each will have two classes per week for four weeks, eight sessions in total. I will be using Zoom as the platform and you will have access to the videos for 7 days post-class. The cost is $10 per drop-in or get a discounted rate by signing up for all 8 classes for $40.
To register email [email protected] with the classes you would like to attend. Once payment has been made to [email protected] you will be emailed all the Zoom meeting links with passwords.

Morning Flow (Gentle Yoga)
Monday & Wednesday 10-11 am
May 11th to June 3rd
8 classes $40 or $10 per drop-in
This 60-minute Morning Flow class is safe and accessible for all levels of yoga experience. Join us for a gentle, slower-paced practice to start your day. Expect to breathe, move, make a mind-body connection during a gentle vinyasa sequence. This class is great for beginners
Beginner Yoga (Build Your Foundation)
Monday & Wednesday 8-9 pm
May 11th to June 3rd
8 classes $40 or $10 per drop-in
Build your yoga foundation with these beginner-friendly yoga classes. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of breathing, moving, yoga postures, and exploring vinyasa (flow) practice. These sequences will be slower in tempo with plenty of instruction, demonstration, and modifications for a safe and accessible experience. Whether you are brand new to yoga or you want to refine your practice, sign up, and receive 8 hours of teachings and progressive weekly practice.
Power Flow (All Levels, All Spice)
Tuesday & Thursday 8-9 pm
May 12th to June 4th
8 classes $40 or $10 per drop-in
These 60-minute Power Flow classes are more challenging in nature however, they are safe and accessible for all levels of experience. We will build heat through breath and movement, but I will also provide options for rest and modifications for beginners. You can definitely expect to break a sweat and tap into your power in this class.
How to sign up for online classes:
1. Email [email protected] with you class selection
2. Etransfer payment to [email protected]
3. You will receive a confirmation email with forms to complete and return
4. Download the Zoom app on your computer or phone
5. Once registration forms have been returned you will receive the Zoom class links
6. I will send the password the day of class
If you can’t make the scheduled class time no worries, all the videos will be available for 7 days after the class.
