Fun electric dreams on the sew !

We got away for a couple of days. Highest elevation in Saskatchewan!

Did i show you the bop i got in my hammock? Laying there minding my own business (in the dark) and reached up to grab my ear plugs (out of ridge line organizer). Caught a tube of blistex which fell and hit me in the eye. Since it was dark my eye couldn’t react and close to protect itself. Got it checked out and no damage other than superficial blood vessel stuff. Lucky!

It’s been busy and scary how fast summer is moving along. Everyone getting some holidays in?

Saskatchewan Wilderness

Spent 4 days up north on an island fishing, relaxing, yelling at a bear and doing outdoor things like fried fish eating. Great time with Melissa and Mike.

Something new for me. I coined them ‘Sliders’ essentially alphadirect width extensions that go onto a down quilt. This quilt has yet to be stuffed. Will post the finished quilt next week.
