SK Poly Recreation & Tourism Management student-run page for students, connections, and industry
This is a page for Recreation and Tourism Management students, their connections, and those in the industry to build networks. Students are responsible for finding volunteer opportunities, planning and facilitating fundraisers and other events, and securing practicum placements. A group of students with the 2024 class created this page in the hopes it will assist future students in building those networks.

Sask Polytech Olympics- March 20-22, 2024
Save the date for the first ever Saskpolytech Olympics organized by the 2nd year Recreation and Tourism Management students to help raise money for KidSport and practice their event planning skills. The Saskpolytech Olympics will be taking place from March 20th-22nd during the lunch hour in the gymnasium. This three-day event will kick off with a co****le tournament on the first day, followed by musical chairs and bump tournaments on the second day, and wrap up with a pong tournament on the last day. Faculty and students are welcome to sign up as individuals or as teams. The winners of each tournament will win prizes donated by various businesses within Saskatoon e.g. Leopold’s Tavern Gift Cards, UofS Husky tickets, and more.
The Culinary Arts Program will be offering a KidSport Lunch Special at Le Bistro here at the Sasaktoon Main Campus during the month of March to raise funds as well.

Get excited for your first Holiday in Canada! We organized a Holi event at Saskpolytech Main Campus. The event will be on 25th March 2024. The entry will be free. There will be some games to play around. Feel free to dance on the music. The music can be played on your choice as well. Food and drinks will be paid. There will be a Henna setup if you are interested. Get yourself registered for color fight. At the end, there will be some prizes for winners.

R&T Christmas Flea Market 2023 was a huge success!
