KIDS PROGRAMS: All levels
Ages 4-6: Saturday, 10:30-11:15am
Ages 7-12: Wednesday, 6-7pm and Saturday, 9:30-10:30am

ADULTS PROGRAM: Ages 13+, All levels
Fundamentals: Tuesday and Thursday, 6-7pm
Combative/Self Defence: Wednesday, 8-9pm
Drilling: Friday, 6:30-7:30pm

Programs begin November 2nd.

NO CLASS OR OPEN MAT JUNE 1. Adults and kids will be competing on Saturday, so we will be heading to Regina to coach and cheer our competitors on. There is still time to register if you want to compete or message us if you just want to carpool for a day trip to cheer on the team!
