Flash forward to today and these awesome humans are celebrating their acroyoga skills and their friendship!

When you start a new class, it can be scary.

You don't know anyone,
you don't how the teacher will be,
or if you will be able to do the actual thing.

But if you are brave,
if you start,
commit to a weekly practice....

We promise you will be celebrating new movement skills and friendships too!
