The Lasers are in Regina this weekend for the Norm Banfield Memorial! We’re excited to see our swimmers get up and race at their first meet of the season!

A big focus in training so far has been building strong competition habits, by executing underwaters, and our new competition warm-up routine. This weekend is our first opportunity to put those skills to practice. We are excited for a fun, fast weekend of racing ahead!

A huge thank you to ReginaMarlinsSwim for hosting!
