To our valued University Heights members,

Thank you for your patience over the last couple of days as we attempted to exhaust all options to reopen the studio.

Like many, we were caught off guard by the pandemic that took the world by surprise in March 2020. Since this time, we have remained hopeful and have been eager to deliver the OTF experience you have come to know and love. Unfortunately, the constant interruptions in business operations and impact of the last two years have taken a toll on the studio. As such, we regret to inform you that OTF University Heights will be closing permanently.

Our studio has been the home of countless milestones and we are proud to have delivered More Life to hundreds of members over the years. While we are saddened by this news, we are happy to share that you can continue your fitness journey with Orangetheory. Head coach Miranda will be relocating to the Stonebridge studio, and we encourage you to come join her there.

All memberships will remain active and we encourage you to continue using your membership at our OTF Stonebridge location in Saskatoon. The team at Stonebridge will be contacting all members over the next two weeks with a special relocation offer. Please stand-by for a phone call from the team to discuss or contact the studio directly at [email protected].

Finally, we would like to thank our members and staff who have made the University Heights studio such an exceptional community. We have had the chance to meet many inspiring individuals since our grand opening. The decision to close the studio was a difficult one, but we hope to continue to see you at our neighbouring location. Now more than ever, we cannot stress the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and there is no better way to continue your journey to More Life than with the #1 workout in Canada.

To our valued University Heights members,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be temporarily closing the University Heights location effective immediately. All upcoming classes on the schedule have been cancelled.

For members, as we work through this temporary closure, all memberships will remain active so that you can continue using your membership at other OTF studios, including Stonebridge. For any assistance with booking, contact the Stonebridge location at 306-244-6764.

Yes, summer and having fun is important... but you're health and progress is importantER! πŸ€“ Not to mention, exercising is a catalyst for summer fun. Exercising makes your mind more organized, mood more regulated, and you'll feel / look better on the beach. Who doesn't want that?
Latest science indicates you need to exercise at least 1/3 of the volume to maintain your progress. (but you will eventually lose it if you don't increase again)
Meaning, 1 or 2 classes a week is all you need to ensure you are not throwing your progress away!
