Ryan Bayda Hockey School

In this camp I will be teaching the kids on how to do a proper active warm up before the ice session. We will be going on the ice for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I will be working on power skating, high tempo drills and individual skills. After the skate we will be going through an active cool down off the ice. I have played close to 200 NHL games with the Carolina Hurricanes. In total I have played 10 professional seasons.
