Although common in performance horses, gastric ulcers can be a problem for ALL horses.

Some common facts and myths:

✅ FACT: Many horses show subtle or nonspecific signs.

❌ MYTH: All omeprazole products work the same.
✅ FACT: Formulation and delivery play a critical role in effectiveness.

❌ MYTH: Cost is the most important factor.
✅ FACT: If untreated or inadequately treated, the condition progresses.
