It was a lot of prep and repair work in the shop over the 24 hours following our return from Wyant Group Raceway but the Young's Tree Service/Swan Rentals Chevrolet is ready for the tomorrow at Edmonton International Raceway! Huge thanks to everyone in the shop for working round the clock and to ALCO, a local machine shop who fabricated replacement parts for those that broke in race one at WGR and we could not have shipped in time for this weekend.

We're at Wyant Group Raceway today for the Twin Bayer 100's in the NASCAR Pinty's Series! Ian Admiraal will be driving double duty in both the Young's Tree Service/Swan Rentals #83 Pinty's entry as well as racing with Kelly Admiraal in the super late model event that will be run between today's two NPS races

The last night found two Admiraals on the podium with Kelly and Ian finishing second and third. Many thanks to all of the hard work from everyone in the shop and to Western Camp Services, Young's Tree Service, Swan Rentals and Elance Steel for making this weekend happen.

Kelly Admiraal tonight for his third consecutive win in the Lakeview Insurance 150 with the Western Speed Association. Ian Admiraal finished 6th in a come from behind battle, restarting from the rear with 13 laps to go.

With the 2016 race season completely wrapped up for us, here are some of this year's highlights. Beginning with the Alberta Has New Energy 300 with the NASCAR Pinty's Series where Ian Admiraal and Kelly Admiraal both competed in the 300 lap race. Ian Admiraal’s number 83 Chevrolet succumbed to electrical issues during the first part of the race. Kelly collected his first top 10 in the series, finishing 8th in his number 56 Dodge. Huge thanks to Young’s Tree Service, Western Camp Services and Swan Rentals for their partnership on the 3 race program that Admiraal Racing fielded, this being the first.

We're back in Saskatoon, Canada for the final Sky Financial SLM Series race which also marks the end of the racing season for us. The only Admiraal Racing entry for today's DJB Transportation 150 will be the number 9 Swan Rentals Chevrolet piloted by Ian Admiraal.

Ian ran inside the top 5 in practice. The track record is likely to be changed in qualifying at 1:30 this afternoon based on speeds this morning. Cool fall weather makes a fast track!

Ian Admiraal ran inside the top 5 all night at the American Racer Challenge 200. After stopping for fuel at Lap 100 running second, the 9 fell back to fifth. Prior to a late caution he was back to 4th. Even being sent to the back for contact passing for the 3rd spot inside of 10 to go, Ian got back to 4th where he would ride for the final laps.

Now Samantha McKinlay takes to the track today at Castrol Raceway for the IHRA Top Eliminator series finale!

The AR Super Late Model teams are coming into with momentum after Kelly landed in victory lane last weekend at the Lakeview Insurance 150. Only one Admiraal Racing entry will be in the field tonight for the 200 lap American Racer Challenge event at Edmonton International Raceway. Ian Admiraal is making his first ever start in a super late model at this track.
