💚Pleased to share that Amanda Nagy has committed to the University of Alberta Pandas volleyball program for the 27-28 season!
💚In 2020 Amanda joined 19 other similar age athletes and trained throughout covid at many sessions held at the Icebox. As covid ended she joined a cohort of athletes that has shared an amazing amount of success…in 5 seasons she has played in 4 national tier 1 semi-finals and 2 national finals, all as an underage athlete. In 2022 her and 14U team-mates won a National Championship, the first for any SK club in over 20 years. That season the group were 14U Provincial Champs and 15U Provincial Silver Medalists. In 2023 her 15U HVC team were Best of the West Champs, Provincial Champs, and Tier 1 Bronze Medalists at Nationals. In 2024, with 16U HVC, Amanda helped her team to a Provincial Silver and a Tier 1 Silver Medal at Nationals. In 2025, with 17U HVC, Amanda and her team were Best of the West Champs, Provincial Champs, and Tier 1 Bronze Medalists at Nationals. This past season, Amanda was the libero on a 17U HVC team and helped her team win the Best of the West (her THIRD BOW GOLD!), a Provincial Championship, and a 5th Place finish at Nationals.
💚Amanda has been selected by Volleyball Canada for national team level play 4 times: once for the Team Canada Red and White programs in the summer of 2025; the U19 NORCECA Championships in Costa Rica (Silver Medal); and NEP twice (once in 2025 and again this fall), which she is currently part of in Richmond, BC training with the best high school age female Canadian athletes and great coaches.
💚Amanda also represented SK last summer at the Canada Summer Games helping her team-mates return with the Bronze Medal!
💚Amanda is currently in grade 12 enrolled at Holy Cross in Saskatoon. She was a member of their senior girls high school team in grades 9 and 10, helping the group year to a 5A Bronze Medal at provincials.
💚Amanda is a libero who plans on studying kinesiology at Alberta. We can’t wait to watch her play for the Pandas in the tough Canada West Conference!

💚Pleased to share that Sadee Jones has committed to the McMaster Marauders volleyball program for the 2026-27 season!
💚Sadee began playing club volleyball in 2022 with a 14U Rose Valley VC team. They had a great season winning the Gold in Div 3 Tier 1 at Nationals. She joined the NorthEast Rage VC for her 15U and 16U seasons, helping her team to a Div 2 Tier 1 Gold at 16U provincials! Last year Sadee joined our 17U Premier team that had an excellent season winning two Sask Cups, the Best of the West Championship and the Provincial Championship. She helped lead her team to a 5th place at the 17U National Championship!
💚Sadee has also represented Saskatchewan! In 2025 she was part of the 16U Team Sask team that competed at the Canada Cup in St. Catharines, ON. This summer Sadee was a big part of an amazing 17U Team Sask that won Gold at the Canada Cup held in Regina, SK! She crushed it from the right side position!
💚Sadee attends high school in Melfort and began representing her school in Grade 8 on the Junior Team, and moved to the Senior Team in Grade 9. In Grade 10 she started outside and helped her team to a Silver medal at the 5A SHSAA Provincial Championships! In her Grade 11 year she helped her team to a 5th place finish at provincials.
💚Sadee is an outstanding athlete. She played hockey, softball, danced and competitively swam until grade 9 when the focus shifted to volleyball. Sadee attended provincials for summer speed swimming earning multiple medals in multiple events. Sadee continues to compete in track & field, and holds the North East Sask Schools Athletic Conference record for junior girls javelin, and in 2024 was selected for Team Sask and won a silver medal in javelin at nationals!
💚Sadee is a 6-0 outside who plans on studying Kinesiology at McMaster. We can’t wait to watch her play for the Marauders in the Ontario University Athletics league!
