IN CHARGE a womens self defense course

A company created to make self defense easy and accessible to everyone and to help you Empower yourself!

Taught by a level 3 NCCP Certified coach, a 3rd Dan black belt with over 19yrs of martial arts training in various martial arts and by the RCMP. Classes are designed for people of all skill levels and athletic ability. Classes are excellent for anyone ages 12 and up, we offer courses designed for people younger then 12 in private classes. The program is a great way to get in shape, have fun, and build confidence.
