Hey moms đ€
I have a few daytime private training spots available right now.
I know how tough it can be to get away and make time for yourself so I want to do what I can to help remove the barriers.
If childcare is ever the thing stopping you from coming... bring your baby or child with you.
Seriously. They are so welcome here.
Whether itâs every session or just once in a while when life happens, that is a-okay!
Message me if you want more info đ

Itâs official⊠The Fit Clique launches in March! đ€
Iâve been getting questions about how you can train here, so I wanted to lay it all out in one place.
Choose what fits you best:
âȘïž Semi-private: consistency + community
âȘïž Private: full focus + custom everything
âȘïž Partner: train together, still coached individually
If youâre interested, I highly recommend joining the Early Access list (link in bio) so you get first access to openings + all the details before I post publicly.
Spots are limited simply because this is a small studio and I want to keep the coaching quality high.

I want to redefine what âcliqueâ means here.Â
The community is intentionally small but itâs not because I want to be exclusive. Itâs to create a space where people feel supported, respected and safe enough to actually grow.Â
I am selective with who I invite in, not based on fitness level, but because the energy people bring into a shared space matters.Â
Kindness and inclusion matterđ«¶
My greatest wish is that this space can feel like home for you. You donât have to show up perfectly and you donât have to perform to belong.Â
I canât decide whether a space feels safe for you, but I can be intentional, set standards, and protect the culture weâre building here.Â

"The Fit Clique changed my lifeđ€"

My approach has been shaped by over 12 years of working in fitness. In that time, a few things became very clear to me:
1. Bodies donât adapt to novelty. They adapt to solid reps over time.
Thatâs why my programming is designed around intentional training blocks instead of workouts that change every day. We repeat movements so your body can actually learn them, and load increases when your body is ready for it. And yes, we still lift heavy here. đȘ
2. A strong foundation is not optional.
I get genuinely excited about what some people might call âthe boring basics,â because this is where real progress is built. Once youâve got a solid base, everything else becomes more available. When that base is skipped, progress often stalls or the body finds a way to slow things down. No matter your goal: proper movement patterns, building strength, and supporting joint health are always the foundation. If you want standout glutesđ or a stronger pull-up, we ABSOLUTELY work toward that too.
3. Sustainability beats intensity.
The best program in the world doesnât work if it burns you out or doesnât fit your life. Training should challenge you, but it should also support your nervous system, your joints, and your energy outside the gym. Progress comes from what you can follow consistently.
4. Programming must adapt to the individual.
We all know cookie-cutter plans donât deliver the same results as individualized training. At the same time, even the most detailed custom plan fails if the trainer doesnât listen, adapt, and work with the person in front of them. My role is to teach you what is most effective based on evidence, then help you adjust it to fit your real life.
If intensity needs to come down, we adjust. If something doesnât feel right, we problem-solve.
If you never want burpees in your program, I promise your progress will survive without themđ.
5. Real life is the best fitness test.
Training isnât just about what you can lift on a good day in the gym. Itâs about how capable and confident your body feels in your day-to-day life, doing the things you actually care about.
This approach isnât flashy, but it is something I am really proud to stand behind.

âȘïžGetting to know the face behind The Fit CliqueâȘïž
Iâve been a personal trainer for over a decade, and in that time Iâve worked with hundreds of people at all different stages of life. People starting from scratch, people rebuilding after injuries, people juggling work, kids, stress, and everything in between.
I truly care about people! As a trainer, I want to make sure people feel confident in what theyâre doing and supported through the process. I donât believe in rushing people through workouts or pushing for the sake of âno pain, no gainâ. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and showing up exactly as they are.
Being a mom of teens, I understand that real life doesnât leave a lot of extra time or energy. Training has to make sense for your body and your life, otherwise it doesnât stick.
Outside of the studio, life is pretty full. My kids are athletes (mostly basketball), so a lot of time is spent at practices and games. Our house is often full of extra teenagers... Weâve become regulars at the Costco food court, picking up pizza for our kids and all their friends that end up hanging out at our house. When we get the chance to escape the busy day-to-day, we love to head to the mountains for skiing or to our family cabins at the lake.
Iâm also someone who really loves learning. Iâm constantly reading, researching, and trying to stay up to date in the fitness world⊠I have to actively remind myself to occasionally read something just for fun too.
I am not all serious though... I love to make people laugh and I am definitely gonna laugh at my own jokes too. My partner says that he thinks I am the funniest person he knows, but he might feel obligated to say that lol.
All of this shapes who I am and how I show up in my work. I pull from my previous training experience and my understanding of real life context to coach in a way that really makes sense for you. And all of that comes from how much I really do care!
Iâm really looking forward to sharing this space and connecting with you. đ€

Hi Saskatoon! Stonebridge area specifically đ
Iâm so excited to introduce The Fit Clique. Actually... itâs probably more accurate to call this a reintroduction.
The Fit Clique originally started as an online fitness community for women back in 2018. It was built from pure passion, and I was honestly so sad to let it go when another exciting opportunity came my way and I couldnât do both. Even though that path was right for me at the time, I always felt like The Fit Clique had more to give.
And now, here it is... getting its well deserved revamp!
The Fit Clique (2.0đ) is a private, home-based training studio located in my transformed garage. This version is smaller, more intentional, and built around the type of coaching I care most about and how I believe training should feel and function.
My passion has always been personal training that is thoughtful, specialised, and highly individualized. Thatâs why all training at The Fit Clique happens in very small groups, or one-on-one, with a limited client roster.
This space is for people who want their training dialed in, especially those who want to feel confident theyâre progressing in a way that makes sense for their body.
The official launch is planned for March 2026.âšïž
Over the next few weeks, Iâll be sharing more details, including my coaching approach and the different ways to work with me.
If youâve been looking for a place that feels different in the best way, youâre in the right place.
Thank you so much for being heređ«¶
