Just in time for this hot weather, the showers 馃毧馃毧 (along with lockers and change rooms) are back in action!! Just be sure to bring your own towel.
Reopening update!!! More info coming in the days ahead, but here's a start!!
A big thank you to all the generous people of that came together to help us supply The Lighthouse homeless shelter with their bagged lunch needs for the long weekend! You guys are amazing!!! We were able to deliver 160 meals along with loads of much needed pantry staples. It took 3 cars to transport all the very kind-hearted donations!!
And congrats to , winner of this project's draw for a brand new weight vest!

Anyone is welcome to join us tomorrow (Sunday) at noon on Zoom for a free, live CrossFit class. The more the merrier!!
We'll be doing workout #2 from HQ's event. It can be scaled/modified to any fitness level and has a version that can be done with no equipment at all!

The 5th of every month is normally BRING A FRIEND Day at BRIO, so we decided to take it digital this month!

We'll be doing HQ's event workouts each week, which are designed to be done at home with minimal or no equipment and can be scaled or modified to any fitness level. We hope to see you there!

Hey BRIO if you are doing the right thing and self-quarantining due to feeling sick or traveling out of the country, we will deliver a dumbbell (to borrow) along with an abmat and set of warm up bands (yours to keep) right to your house! You'll find at-home workouts on our website every day at crossfitbrio.com/wod. If you continue to support us during this crazy time, we will do everything we can to support you, your fitness, and your mental health 鉂わ笍

Covid-19 outbreak update:
The health and wellness of our team and our members is always our primary concern. To ensure the continued well-being of everyone, we want to ensure you that we have further heightened our high standard of cleanliness that you have always come to expect at Brio. To keep all safe, please:
路 Wash your hands thoroughly before AND after your workout sessions
路 Use sanitizing wipes to wipe down all equipment that you have used
路 Elbow or foot bumps in place of high fives or knucks.
路 If you are sick, it鈥檚 not that we don鈥檛 love you, but please stay home until you are well. We cannot allow anyone showing signs of illness to stay. You will be sent home, no exceptions.
路 If you have been traveling outside of Canada please stay home for the recommended isolation for 14 days.
We will continue to run classes as long as we are able. For anyone that needs or chooses to stay home we will be posting up at home workouts on our blog. We will have a selection of dumbbells available for sign out at our east location for members starting Sunday evening. (1 per person) Many of the workouts will not require any equipment.
