didn’t join this challenge for weight loss.. but yes, she did drop 4.2 lbs along the way.
The real transformation was in her discipline, her routine, and the perseverance of following through.
8 weeks of showing up.
8 weeks of choosing growth over comfort.
8 weeks of proving to herself that she’s capable of anything she puts her mind too.
And here’s something the photos don’t show:
Carly is NOT a morning person 😬
But as an RMT, her body is done after massaging clients all day.. she knew she wouldn’t have the energy to give it her best at night.
So she woke up early, over and over again, to get the workouts done.
Did she complain sometimes?
Yep.. she sure did lol in the funniest, most dramatic way possible.
But she showed up. Hard. Every week.
Here’s what she said about the program:
“This workout program was one of the hardest things I’ve completed. It was physically and mentally demanding… but one of the most rewarding things to finish. It fast-tracked my body to be even more powerful than I expected… If you’re scared to start this program, get over it and just fcking do it.”
She took 2 weeks off…
and decided to go for Round 2 (OG Program)
Because once you realize what you’re capable of, you stop settling.
This isn’t just a program.
It’s a transformation through discipline. It’s transformation through purposely doing hard things.
It’s Becoming a Weapon.

“I don’t think I’ve ever felt worse about how my body looks and feels, and I want to reverse that instead of continuing the way I’m going now.”
This is where Jess started and she had enough.
She was exhausted from living in fight-or-flight for over two years.
Her clothes weren’t fitting.
Her confidence was slipping.
And she felt disconnected from her own body.
She didn’t need a crash diet.
She didn’t need punishment.
She didn’t need to “push harder.”
She needed structure.
Support.
Habits that made her feel safe in her body again.
So we focused on the basics done well:
protein, consistent workouts, better sleep, stress regulation, and showing up for herself even when it felt uncomfortable.
And now?
12 lbs down.
Visible recomposition.
Strength climbing.
Clothes fitting again.
Confidence returning.
A woman stepping out of survival mode and back into her life.
This is what sustainable, grounded change looks like.
And I couldn’t be more proud of her 😭👏🏼❤️🔥
If her story hits home for you…

Scale jumped. Weight stalled. Nothing changed with my intake or in output, so why panic? Creatine. Water fluctuations are normal.
This week I’m starting a new training block and kicking off my peptide journey with Lipo-C 😎
Recomposition isn’t about chasing a lower number. It’s about building strength, tracking the data, and staying consistent when things fluctuate. Progress compounds over consistent action, not reactive moves.. so again - nothing will change going into next week except for new workouts and the pep.

Week 2 of my fat loss phase 👎🏼
I want to keep it real and honest here.. full transparency.. zero bu****it.
This week f*cking sucked. Full stop.
Migraines 5/7 days, headaches almost every day now still, plus my cycle hitting at the same time. Nothing went to plan. Calories were 60%, steps averaged 11k, workouts 4/5, cardio adjusted for pain, sleep 6.5-7 hours or less 😩
Despite that, I didn’t gain any weight and only slight went up - I see this as a win. Progress isn’t linear… and sometimes life throws a curveball. You Gotsta rollll with it.
I trained/walked/ran in pain when I probably should have rested. I bit off more than I should because I hate losing control. And yep, it’s frustrating and I am embarrassed to admit that I don’t always practice what I preach 🫣
But here’s the thing.. one “awful” week doesn’t erase consistency or results. Hiccups are meant to test your resolve (I didn’t see it coming so early into the plan lol but here we are). I can sit and feel sorry for myself… or I can keep showing up. The former will take me NOWHERE - so we soldier on 🫡
This is exactly what I help my clients do: navigate life, build consistency, and keep stacking wins even when things aren’t perfect. Week to week, we adjust, we focus, we push forward because feeling sorry for ourselves is a waste of time.

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨
J came to me wanting to feel like herself again, she was tired of feeling “off” and uncomfortable in her skin.
We have worked together on and off for a few years and she has continuously shown tf up.
Week after week, she shows up… no matter the setback or life hurdle, she dusts herself off and gets back up.
Together, we’ve focused on building habits that stick:
✅ Personalized workouts that work with her injuries, not against them. Prioritizing progressive overload and longevity.
✅ Macro tracking that keeps her eating balanced without stress or restriction.
✅ Mindset and accountability check-ins to tackle challenges and stay consistent
She’s also 235 days sober 🥳, steadily getting stronger, and proving that consistency and support beat quick fixes every time.
J’s progress isn’t about the scale.. it isn’t about the pictures.. it’s about showing up, trusting the process, and backing yourself in life… making big changes and persisting through all the obstacles that make it feel impossible. The physical transformation is merely a bi-product of ALL the work she has put in - inner AND outer.
Badass moment 👉🏼 banging out unassisted pull-ups 😏😎🔥
Watching J grow stronger and more confident every week has been one of the most amazing experiences as a coach and I feel privileged to be a part of it!
If you’re ready to finally commit to yourself and start building strength, confidence, and consistency that lasts, I’ve got you.

Your body is the one thing that carries you through every phase of life: stress, kids, career, transitions, growth, recovery, and rebuilding.
The older I get, in life and in this industry, the more I value feeling good, performing well, and taking care of all the systems that make that possible.
Lately, I have been diving deep into the world of peptides🤓
Research is showing incredible potential for supporting recovery, sleep, fat loss, hormone balance, energy, skin health, brain function, anti-aging, and overall longevity 👀😍
But like anything in this space, quality matters 💯
If you have been here for a while, you know I do not attach my name to anything I have not researched or genuinely believe in.
That is why I am so excited to announce my partnership with .official - a Canadian, research-based company setting the standard for quality, transparency, and education.
I will be placing my first order this week and sharing my honest experience: what I am using, how I respond, and everything I learn along the way.
If you are curious about peptides or want to learn how they might fit into your health goals, drop a ⚡ below or DM me PEPTIDES and I will send you more info.
Because health is not a trend, it is the foundation for everything else 👊🏼

Week 1 of my fat loss phase ✅
Honestly… this first week was about getting dialled back in.
I set clear protocols for myself: calories, macros, training, steps, sleep and stuck to them most of the time.
My average weight dropped, and I’m happy with that progress… but I also know where I can tighten things up.
This isn’t about chasing perfection.. it’s about building consistency brick by brick.
Every rep, every meal, every night of sleep compounds.
It’s not glamorous, but this is how results are built.. with self awareness, honesty, and follow-through.
This is exactly what I do with my clients.. dial in the data, adjust weekly (if protocols are being adhered too lol), and keep stacking wins.
If you want that kind of structure and accountability in your own fat loss phase, drop “ME” below and I’ll send you the link to book a call. 👇🏼

✨ When .michelle87 first joined me last year, she started out working out from home. We built a foundation of strength and consistency, but I knew she was ready for more. I encouraged her to step into the gym.. something she was hesitant about at first. Fast forward to now… she’s not only a regular gym-goer, but she’s confident enough to go earlier in the day and own her space in there 😎
The biggest win however, was that she achieved these results from eating MORE. She came to me only drinking a few protein shakes a day and one meal 😩 Over time, we got her eating more food and more calories and her body responded so well - she didn’t even need coffee anymore to feel alive lol
Overall her journey hasn’t been perfect. She’s faced challenges like a concussion and a medical diagnosis, but instead of giving up, she leaned into support and accountability. And the results speak for themselves:
🤍 Her shape has changed
🤍 Her energy and focus have improved
🤍 She’s learned to listen to her body, not just her fitness watch
🤍 She’s built confidence and strength that go beyond the scale
In her own words: “Not only have I changed my shape but also my relationship with the gym. It gave me the confidence to sign up, show up, and push myself even when I just wanted to sleep.”
This is the power of commitment over perfection. Denise is proof that when you show up for yourself, transformation follows - inside and out. I could not be more proud of this girl! She is a shining example of what taking control looks like… well DONE gorgeous!!
🔥 The next challenge is coming soon. If you’re ready to build your own confidence and strength 👉 DM “WEAPON” to get on the waitlist.

This badass woman competed in her first Natural Canadian Pro Qualifier on August 2nd, just after her 51st birthday 💪✨.
We didn’t hit the placing we wanted, but we blew her last package out of the water. More muscle, sharper conditioning, stronger posing. THAT is the real win 👏. Beating your last package IS the win!
After placing at her last show, we went straight into a building phase to add as much muscle as possible in 6 months. This required frequent increases to her food, progressive overload and perfecting form execution.
We started prep 16 weeks out. Training remained the same and we pushed progressive overload for as long as possible. Nutrition wise, calories never dropped below 1400 for too long and she had refeeds along the way. Lorelei also caught a lot of the fish she ate and we were lucky to have elk as one of her main protein sources 🙌🏼
Along this journey she dealt with a previous back injury, got sick, and became a grandma 🍼💖, but she showed tf up and stayed committed and resilient.
Prep is as much mental as physical, and she proved that with discipline, consistency, and belief, anything is possible.
Lorelei’s journey proves that natural, intentional transformation works at any age, and I couldn’t be proud 💖.
The goal now is to take a few years to put on some solid lean muscle tissue and do this again.
If you want to step on stage, transform your body, and hit goals you never thought possible, I can help you plan every step from building phase to stage-ready prep 🔥.

This incredible woman is 62.
Post-menopausal.
Battled sleep issues, medical gaslighting, and the pressure to take medications she didn’t want.
She lives in Thailand where food options are not as convenient.
She got COVID the last week of the program.
And still?
She showed up.
Every. Damn. Day. 💪🏼
I didn’t have her starve.
I didn’t make her chase the scale.
I didn’t have her push through sickness.
I fed her MORE, trained her with intention, and focused on what actually works.. so she could get her power back.
She lost inches, built strength, gained confidence, and proved that it’s never too late to transform your body or your mindset.
I am so damn proud of this woman for persevering through so many challenges - it is not easy to do when nothing seems to be working. And sometimes it is hard to see changes at all - but they are most definitely there!
And if you’re reading this thinking, “Could I really do this too?”
The answer is yes.
You can. And I’d love to help.
DM “WEAPON” to join the next round and let’s rewrite your story.. together. 🖤
