My word for the year is GRACE.

I rolled around a dozen different words, none quite landing.
Then, in the middle of a conversation with a friend about a challenging situation, I heard myself say:
“I just need a bit of grace here.”

And it landed.

Not just grace from others—but grace for myself.
Grace for the messy moments.
Grace for the pauses, the learning curves, the humanity in all of us.

Imagine if we offered grace just 10% more—
to our inner dialogue,
to our expectations,
to the people walking alongside us.

How might that boost our self-worth?
How might it quietly bless those around us?

This year, I’m choosing to lead with GRACE.
Again and again. 🌿

All six of us woke up Friday carrying big slow Saturday morning energy.
No urgency. No rush. Just heavy, soft bodies moving as slow as molasses in January.

It would have been easy to stay there.
Instead, I leaned into my morning rituals and stepped outside for my walk.
And still… something felt off. Heavy. Misaligned.

I kept going anyway. Logged into my workday. Tried to push through.
But my body was loud—stop staring at the screen.

So I listened.

I booked the afternoon off. Took a long shower. Headed into town for a little self-care.
And truly—within an hour—I felt like a new person.

Today’s lesson:
When your body and mind start whispering (or shouting), they’re not in the way.
They’re guiding you.

Rest is not falling behind.
Listening is not quitting.
Alignment often looks like pausing long before it looks like progress.

If you needed permission to slow down today—this is it 🌿

This morning felt very Northern Alberta like — bright winter sun, –28 air, frozen hair and all. ❄️☀️

On my walk, I found myself reflecting on how sometimes, in order to truly move forward, we’re pulled backward for a moment. Not as punishment—but as a reminder. A reminder that a space, a pattern, or a version of ourselves no longer serves us.

I know many people in my circle are feeling this right now… myself included.

Maybe you are too.
Maybe it feels like you’re slipping back into patterns you thought you had long outgrown.

So how do we launch ourselves forward again?

It’s rarely about forcing momentum.
It’s about returning to the foundation that once moved you out of that place to begin with. Revisiting your centre. Re-grounding. Making gentle adjustments—without judgment.

Winter has a way of stripping things back so we can remember what actually holds us.

New Year Reflections 🌱

I don’t believe in hitting the ground running on January 1.
It makes little sense to push harder in the coldest, darkest part of the year.

Instead, this season is for reflection.
Looking back at what worked, what didn’t, and what I need more—or less—of.
Gently imagining what support could look like moving forward.

I begin planting the seeds now.
Slowly introducing habits and rhythms that feel nourishing, not forced.
So when spring arrives, the foundation is already there.

This is how I show up for myself this time of year.

How do you honour this season of pause and possibility? ✨

Void Week

The space between Christmas and New Year’s 🤍

I’m hearing so many people share that they’re feeling big feels this week.
Some feel low or lost.
Some are loving the rest.
Some are stretched by social obligations.
Some are deeply lonely.
And some are navigating a newly sober life during an especially tender time.

If you’re feeling it all, here’s my gentle invitation:

✨ Sit with the feelings.
Instead of rushing to fix, distract, or suppress them… get curious.

What’s at the root of what you’re feeling?
What are these emotions trying to show you or teach you?

This isn’t about a quick fix.
It’s about allowing the feelings to speak — and then asking:

What do I need right now?

And actually giving yourself that support.

For me, that looks like:
• Quiet time
• Quality time with my people
• Gentle movement
• Nourishing food
• All the water
• And a generous side of self-care — the kind that feels a little indulgent and deeply relaxing

If you’re in the void, know you’re not alone.
There’s wisdom here if we’re willing to listen.

✨ I’d love to hear how this practice lands for you,
or how you’re showing up for yourself during this in-between time. ✨

Winter Solstice Meditation

Take a deep breath in…
and slowly exhale.

Feel the ground beneath you, steady and supportive.
Like the earth in winter, you are held.

On this longest night, we honor the pause—
the quiet, the rest, the unseen becoming.
There is nothing to rush.
Nothing to prove.

With each breath, release old scarcity stories.
Release the need to force or strive.
Rest is part of abundance.

Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Notice a soft, steady light glowing there—
calm, patient, and alive.

As the light slowly returns to the world,
trust that something new is rooting within you.
Set a gentle intention to nurture it with care.

Take one more deep breath in…
and exhale.

Carry this stillness with you.
You are wildly abundant. 🌿✨

Gratitude work this December has looked a little different for me. 🤍

I’m not focusing only on the big, shiny moments of gratitude—
but on the most basic ones…
the ones that are actually everything.

Because if we aren’t grateful for what we already have,
how can the universe trust us with more?

Lately, my gratitudes have been simple and deeply meaningful:

✨ Watching my kids do activities they truly love
✨ The ability to pay my bills — something I know is a huge challenge for many, and something I’ve struggled with myself in different seasons
✨ A warm home
✨ Being 5 work days away from Christmas time off (and using almost all my PTO two years in a row — growth 😅)
✨ The weekend moments that remind me to slow down and just be

This season has been about noticing what’s already here.
About honoring the ordinary.
Because the ordinary is where abundance actually lives.

What’s one simple thing you’re grateful for today? ✨

✨ Send Love ✨. A little technique I heard recently… and wow, it landed.

Someone suggested sending LOVE to your anxiety.
Yes — actually sending love to the thing that feels awful.
Sounds too simple, right?

If you don’t know, I run higher than average (whatever average even means) on the anxiety scale. Even after years of inner work, grounding practices, breathwork, and everything in between… anxiety is still something I navigate often.

But the other day, I felt it creeping in — that tight swirl in my chest — and I remembered this technique. So I paused my thoughts, took a few deep breaths, and sent love directly to the spot in my body that felt the most activated.

And boom.
It actually worked.
Like… worked worked.

There was a softening. A loosening. A bit more space to breathe.

Sometimes the most powerful medicine is the gentlest one.
Sometimes the thing we fight is the thing that needs love the most.

If you try this, I’d love to hear how (or if!) it supports you. 💜✨

Hello December ✨❄️
The final chapter of 2025 is officially here.

Take a breath.
Look at how far you’ve come.
Look at who you’ve become.

This month, I invite you to slow down, reflect, and realign. Use these questions as journal prompts, conversation starters with your loved ones, or a moment of honest self-check-in:

✨ What was your favourite memory you created this year?
✨ What is something you’re incredibly proud to have overcome or made it through?
✨ What was the greatest lesson you learned in 2025?
✨ What are you choosing to leave behind this year—what no longer gets space as you step into 2026?

Let December be your pause.
Your reflection.
Your soft reset.
Your reminder that you get to choose how you close this chapter and how you rise into the next.

Cheers to a grounded, intentional, wildly abundant December 🤍✨

Sometimes the universe whispers… and sometimes it throws the same damn card at you twice.

On Wednesday, I pulled a card and asked the universe what energy I needed to lean into.
I flipped it over, looked at it, scoffed, and thought, “Nope… that can’t be it.”

I half-heartedly read the guidebook, shrugged it off, put the card back in the deck…
… and pulled again.

Guess what showed up?

The SAME card.

That’s when I couldn’t help but laugh.
Aaaalright, I’m listening…

So I reread the guide—this time with an open heart instead of a closed mind.
And the moment I let myself receive the message… it landed. All of it.

Wild Abundance truth:
When the universe offers you guidance, it will keep coming back until you’re ready to hear it.
You can resist, overthink, or roll your eyes…
but the message meant for you will always find you.

Here’s your reminder today:
Stay open.
Stay curious.
And don’t make the universe repeat itself more than it needs to. ✨

My Must-Do Daily List That Changed Everything

This time last year, I was really going through it—personally and professionally.
Life had taken me for a rough ride, and my anxiety was at an all-time high.
Even simple things, like going to the store, felt overwhelming. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t find my center.

So I made a decision.
Instead of trying to overhaul my entire life, I added three simple “must-dos” to my morning routine—non-negotiables that grounded me when nothing else could.

1. Get outside + walk in nature

Movement has always been my most reliable tool for battling anxiety.
Getting outside each morning—fresh air, quiet, trees, birds—helped shift the stuck energy in my body and clear the fog in my mind. It supported both my mental and physical healing.

2. Get myself ready for the day

A shower.
Fresh clothes—even if it was a clean lounge set.
I know it sounds basic, but when you’re really going through it (and you work from home), it’s so easy to slip into complacency with your self-care.
Taking those few minutes each morning helped me feel human again, grounded again, me again.

3. Eat a nutritious meal before work

I can’t tell you how many days I used to hit 3 p.m. running on nothing but coffee and maybe one glass of water.
Fuelling my body before sitting down at my desk changed everything. My energy. My mood. My clarity.

I know these might seem like small things…
but the impact was anything but small.

My anxiety began to ease.
My brain fog lifted.
I felt better—physically, mentally, emotionally.
And slowly, both my personal and professional life started shifting in beautiful directions.

Sometimes the most powerful transformations start with the most basic steps.
What would you add to your must-do daily list?

11/16/2025

✨ Curious what the universe is trying to tell you?
So many of us are moving through big decisions, transitions, and new seasons… and oracle cards have a beautiful way of bringing clarity right when you need it most.

These are some of the most popular questions people ask during readings:
🔮 What do I need to focus on right now?
🔮 What is my next step?
🔮 What pattern am I being asked to release?
🔮 What energy is guiding me this month?
🔮 What do I need to know about this transition or relationship?

If your soul has been nudging you for guidance… I’ve got you.
I’m now offering three oracle card reading options designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re looking for quick clarity, deeper guidance, or a monthly check-in to anchor your energy.

✨ 1-card pull (voice note) — perfect for smaller questions
✨ 3-card reading (voice note) — deeper guidance + transitions
✨ 12 Monthly single card pulls (voice note) — a read on each months energy and possibilities

If one of those questions stirred something in you, your message is already waiting.
Send me a DM to book your reading. 🤍✨
