Our new full-time Health and Fitness Coordinator here at Achieve/Mane St Co! Erica is a personal train and fitness instructor. She brings 10 years of knowledge from the health and fitness industry. Erica has a passion for helping those who want to start their own health journey as well as those who have already started and need a little push🔥

At Mane St Co & Achieve, we offer a diverse range of classes, fitness and meal planning and a small community who are there to support you through your health journey.
We believe in providing a clean facility so you can workout comfortably. Our cafe and lounge provides healthy options so you can fuel up pre or post workout or just come in on your off day to hangout with your people🥰

We are able to find a fitness plan for you, so that you enjoy when you go to the gym. A rubberized track & spin bikes in the underground, 2 infrared saunas, a 12 person steam room & plenty of showers & change rooms are also available to you.
