Moving your body isn’t punishment for what you ate.
It’s a celebration of what your body can do.
Train because you love yourself.
Not because you hate what you see.
Helping you live your best and longest life

Every skipped snooze button, every extra rep, and every sweaty session adds up. The journey isn’t always glamorous, and it sure isn’t easy—but looking back at how far you’ve come makes every single second worth it. Let’s get after it today. 💪🏻

✨ MINDSET MONDAY ✨
It’s officially June… which means we’re already HALFWAY through the year 🤯
Pause for a second and ask yourself:
➡️ Where are your goals at?
➡️ What have you accomplished so far?
➡️ What’s been holding you back?
➡️ What do you still want to achieve before 2026?
➡️ What habits, mindset, or excuses need to change?
Maybe you’re exactly where you hoped to be. Maybe you’re not.
Either way… you still have 6 months left to make progress.
You do not need to wait for Monday, next month, or January.
Small choices. Daily consistency. Better habits. Bigger results.
The question is: What are you committed to changing for the rest of the year?
06/03/2026
You don’t have to become someone else.
You just have to keep showing up for the version of you that’s been waiting on the other side of consistency. 💪🏻
Stronger. Healthier. More confident.
Not changing who you are—bettering yourself.

✨Mindset Monday”✨ THIS is what progress looks like. 👏🏻
When we first started, leg pressing 80–100 lbs felt exciting. Now? 200 lbs for 10 reps… and 220 lbs is next. 🔥
But the biggest transformation isn’t just the weight she’s lifting…
It’s the way she’s showing up for herself.
✔️ Wildly increased strength
✔️ Improved shoulder range of motion
✔️ More confidence
✔️ More consistency
✔️ Learning to trust her body
And lately? An arthritic knee has been acting up.
Instead of calling it a setback, she’s choosing to see it for what it is: feedback to…
Learn when to push.
Learn when to adjust.
Learn that strength isn’t just physical — it’s knowing how to work with your body, not against it.
Because the journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about becoming stronger, smarter, and more resilient along the way. 💪🏻
So proud of you and everything you’re building. ❤️
Drop a 🔥 in the comments to celebrate her hard work!
Stepping WAY outside my comfort zone with this one 👀
Creating videos like this feels awkward for me, and honestly, I didn’t even include all the recap steps because I was second-guessing myself the whole time 😅
I’m already picking it apart, but I’m reminding myself that growth happens outside the comfort zone, right?
So bear with me while I learn, improve, and get more comfortable showing up this way 💪🏻
Here’s a “partial” deadlift demo for now…and stay tuned for the redo because it’s coming 😉❤️
(Shout out to Paige Hiscoe for all her help creative talent and patience with me!)

I’m just over here fighting for my life on leg day with…
No make up ✔️
Flushed face ✔️
Sweaty ✔️
Veins popping’ ✔️
Is there really a better way to spend a lunch break? ☺️

✨ MINDSET MONDAY ✨
Friendly reminder: the scale does NOT tell the whole story.
Your weight can fluctuate DAILY because of things like:
➡️ Water retention
➡️ Hormones & menstrual cycle
➡️ Sodium intake
➡️ Carbs (yes, carbs hold water!)
➡️ Stress levels
➡️ Sleep quality
➡️ Digestion/food volume
➡️ Workouts & muscle inflammation
So if the scale jumps up a few pounds overnight… it doesn’t automatically mean fat gain.
And don’t take this the wrong way….the scale CAN be a great tool, just not something to obsess over every single day.
Instead, try tracking the numbers that actually help build healthy habits:
✔️ Protein intake
✔️ Water intake
✔️ Daily steps
✔️ Hours of sleep
✔️ Time spent on your phone/social media
✔️ Workouts completed
✔️ Consistency
Because those numbers?👆🏻They create the habits that lead to long-term results.
Focus less on the daily scale fluctuations and more on the habits that make you healthier, stronger, and feel better. The results will follow. 💪🏻
(Sidenote…shout out to I just love this crewneck! ❤️)
