BRAVO ⛳ Sunshine Coast showed up for Ric — and what a first event! Almost $20,000 raised for ALS Research.

The very first Ric Harris Legacy Scramble was a full house, bringing golfers, friends, neighbours and supporters together for an afternoon of golf, followed by a great evening of dinner, laughter and fun at Blue Ocean Golf Club on September 25, 2026 in Sechelt B.C.

And the result? Almost $10,000 was raised for the Ric Harris ALS Research Studentship Fund, managed by the ALS Society of BC.

And then came another incredible gift…

The Baris Charitable Foundation generously donated another $10,000 to the fund.

That brings the total support to almost $20,000 for the next generation of ALS researchers.

Heart is full! Thank you!

Sequel in 2027, anyone? 😉❤️ Organiser, Mary Basas
