I cannot make class this Saturday at 9am PST/ 12pm EST due to an appointment.

I can hold a class earlier if that works for anyone: 7am PST/10am EST

If that doesn’t work we can meet next Saturday at the regular time!

☀️🌳 Feeling extremely fortunate to have this amazing space in my own backyard for practice! With studios still being closed I am diving deeply into my self practice. Flowing and moving while surrounded by trees, with the sun shining, feeling connected to nature is pure bliss. Get outside today and unroll your mat.
