Season 10 in Sherwood Park! ✨

This is one of our favourite throwback pictures! Do you recognize these twins? They started as supportive cheer sisters to their big sis and now Kieryn (on the right) is currently cheering on our U16 level 3 team Aftershock! 💜

September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

A day to acknowledge the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools, honour Survivors and their families, and remember the children who never returned home. It’s also a day to listen, learn and reflect on the role we can all play in reconciliation and creating a future rooted in respect and understanding.

As we recognize Orange Shirt Day, we encourage all athletes to wear orange to practice tonight as we stand together in support of the message that Every Child Matters 🧡

10 years of unforgettable memories! ⚡️

We’re excited to celebrate season 10 of Sherwood Park with some special throwbacks! This week‘s throwback takes us back to 2017 when we began running classes at a local gymnastics facility before we got our permanent home. Do you recognize anyone in this picture?! We are so grateful for the families and athletes helped us get Perfect Storm Sherwood Park started. 💜
