Yoga Nidra is a guided journey into deep rest. A space where the body can soften into sleep while the mind stays gently aware. You will be led through layers of breath, sensation and inner awareness, allowing tension to unwind and the nervous system to settle.

Perfect for anyone needing rest, grounding or a peaceful reset.
