Everyone loves a good runback, on and off the ice!

We are pleased to announce that Team Lambert will retain their roster for the upcoming season! We all are extremely excited for what the upcoming season holds for us, as well as looking forward to building upon what we've learned in our initial year.

Have you ever wondered why, despite having a logo with a blue primary colour, Team Lambert are sporting orange jackets? The exact opposite of blue?? After a full season of refraining from commenting on the situation, Mike Lambert has reached out to us to break the silence.

Mike: “It’s all been a front. I actually hate the colour blue. I cannot stand the sight of it, and I’m tired of pretending I can. If blue were a flavour - which for the record, it’s not - it not would taste good. In fact, I don’t want the team to drink blue coloured drinks anymore. The further we can get from the colour blue, the better.”

Mike did not comment further. We can only assume the rest of the team agrees, as no further comments have emerged.

With Club Championship Qualifiers coming to a close, our season has come to an end.

We'd like to thank everyone that made this first season such a success. We wouldn't be where we are today without our families, friends, and everyone else who helped us along the way.

This weekend, the team is competing in the Curling Club Championship Men’s Provincial Qualifer, presented by Original 16. And our first game this morning was a win!

You can catch us this afternoon for our second game in the draw against Red Deer.

Solid game vs St. Albert gives us a win. Next game is at 2:30 against Red Deer

The team is curling in the A final in the Monty spiel at the Thistle curling club……. as rivals! Justin and Gryffen vs Mike and Morgan with bragging rights in the line. Going live in 20 mins
