Today we go heavy! Lifting heavy is so beneficial for you. Not only physically, but mentally as well. Progressively adding a little more weight to a bar every round can lead to some pretty incredible PR’s! You don’t know how strong you are until you actually attempt a weight you’ve never attempted before!

Today was a big old strength day! A day meant to challenge you to lift a little heavier than you normally would. Why? Because you can! The only way to get stronger is to add more weight. And sometimes that will lead to failure but if you keep trying it will eventually become a successful lift. Never stop challenging yourself. You are stronger than you think!
