So did this one a little while ago , We made it with " experimental "
Flax fabrc , which is supposed to have many of the qualities of Carbon fiber and kevlar rolled up in one. I can tell you it is a pain in the ass to cut machine or drill just like kevlar. The mass of the fabric sample precluded us from doing an ultralight stock, so it is more in the 24 -26 oz range. So I called upon a old high school friend to be the crash test dummy and put it on his 300 win mag and see what happens. and I got to play with paint unrestricted.

Hmmm , I don't care how good your stock is Horses gona f**k that s**t up. Oh and barrels too.
Shout out to K.S. Arms Ltd for straightening the barrel on this, fit the barrel chanel when I got it back bang on.
Stock broken at the wrist cracked at the recoil lug and the barrel bent.

Our friend was back at the bird feeder about 6:30 this morning

A little varmint killer , 22-250 , KS arms action and bottom metal , not sure on the barrel, stainless 22" ,but the barrel was done by PR Precision and a classic style Ultralight stock. Black with grey and tan web , pillar bedded and fitted forthe bottom metal.
Stock came in @ 21.7 oz and rifle weighs in at 5.8 pounds

This was also an interesting install ,not sure where the bottom metal came from for a Ma**er 98 but pretty cool if you want a mag fed Ma**er. in 6.5 -06 I believe, interesting part is it looks like you are supposed to remove part of the action at the front to make room for the magazine. But we talked to the customer and lowered the front edge of the magazine so it would seat in the bottom metal without modifying the action. It works and feeds the dummy rounds so it could always be put back to a floor plate because we didn't modify the feed ramp to make it fit.

Here we have a KS Arms light weight action with a proof Carbon Barrel , Kinda shorter barrel forgot to measure it. 13.5 " LOP
Customer wanted flush cups all over , and we had to modify the barrel chanel to make that barrel fit , and inlet it for M5 with a believe a williams bottom metal, But we got it to all come together. Came in at 28.9 oz for the stock Rifle weighed in at 5.62 pounds
I believe this rig is headed for Sweden.
