Nurse, mama, and somehow still finding time to make you sweat💪🏼 Austyn is here to prove that fitness can be challenging and fun. Her goal is to create classes that push you outside your comfort zone while giving you something to look forward to. Expect a great workout, plenty of sweat, good vibes, and a few laughs along the way!

"My goal is to create a class that is both challenging and fun. I believe fitness should push you to grow while still being something you look forward to. In my classes, you can expect a great workout, plenty of sweat, and a few laughs along the way.

I have been interested in fitness and wellness since I was a teenager. Discovering group fitness has been inspiring and has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and strive towards confidence and challenges, I want people to feel like they are apart of a community while also becoming their stronger and confident selves!"

Our yoga queen, Ashleigh🧘🏼‍♀️

As a school teacher outside of the studio, teaching comes naturally to Ashleigh, and she loves creating a class where everyone can challenge themselves while also finding space to slow down and reset.

For Ashleigh, yoga is all about the balance between effort and rest. She creates this environment in the studio perfectly— although you may come for a yoga class, you leave with mental clarity, a sense of peace amidst the busy, and a great workout when you're with Ashleigh🫶🏼

"After doing some kids yoga when I was younger, I decided to go back when I was in high school. I was instantly in love, and subconsciously thought it could be fun to teach one day too. Outside of yoga, I am a school teacher, so it only made sense! I came for the workout, and I stayed for how it made me feel, inside and out.

I hope that when you come to class, you enjoy the contrast between the hard work and the rest. Yoga is an incredible way to reset your body and your nervous system. Come give it a try!”
