There is so much to be thankful for at Apex. 🤍As Thanksgiving comes to a close, we’re reminded of just how much this space, and each of you, lights our hearts on fire.

To every milestone, every high you choose to celebrate with us, for showing up when there are lows. We see you & we are so thankful for you. For the honour and privilege of being a part of your days, journeys & lives. 🖤

To our staff, we are endlessly grateful for you. Thank you for always showing up, for building our members up, for the energy and heart you pour into every class, and for being the heartbeat of Apex. We truly couldn’t do this without you, and there will never be enough thank-yous to express how much you mean to us.

To know her is to love her and that pretty much sums it up💌 If you haven't already had the gift of meeting APEX FIT CO owner, mastermind and ultimate energizer bunny here's your formal introduction 🤝🏻

Krysta Dorton is a jack of all trades, but what makes this woman incredibly special is her ability to continually pour into others. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If she isn't teaching at the studio, she's with her family; driving to baseball, hockey, or the cabin. And when she's not with her family or at the studio, chances are this Gil is at lululemon. As a lululemon ambassador, Krysta reaches even further into community to develop meaningful relationships and share her sunshine. In all that she does, Krysta Dorton cultivates community— a safe place where everyone is welcome to show up as they are, grow together and learn to love movement 🤍 The magic that you feel at Apex is attributed to this beautiful soul and we couldn't be happier about it.
