In my playful era.

I've been asked by many if I miss being on the studio side of the building. In all honesty, Spirit guided me here and I am so proud that I listened.

When I walk back into the studio, I feel truly more present. I’m no longer cleaning my workspace minutes before class begins or checking emails. When I land on the yoga side, I feel a sense of calm and a true desire to step fully into my practice.

I’m so thankful to be under the same roof as this incredible space—not only as a practitioner, but as a student and a yogi.

Sometimes, a little change in space is exactly what we need to reconnect with our practice.
