Oscar’s is looking at adding a full-time floor salesperson to the team. If you love to fish and enjoy helping others discover the joys of the outdoors, drop us a line or stop by the shop!

Oscar’s is a family run Fly and Tackle shop with more, located in beautiful Smithers – Steelhead Paradise.


Job Description
Assist customers with outstanding customer service to guarantee a great in store experience
Work with the rest of the team to receive and stock inventory
Place repeat orders to ensure our fly tying, fly fishing, and gear sections are properly stocked
Maintain the shop to ensure it is organized and well merchandized
Help with day-to-day operations of the store

Qualifications
A passion and interest for everything fishing - fly fishing and fly tying in particular
Ability to work with others, follow directions and work independently
Able to effectively communicate with customers and team members
Be proficient with basic computer skills
