The cycling experts at BV Velo are once again offering a free bike clinic to anyone registered for the triathlon/duathlon. They'll cover everything from pacing & cornering to negotiating the speed bumps & handling the transition. Join them at Tyhee Lake Provincial Park on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30 pm. The PG Northern Triathlon club is hosting its annual PG Northern Triathlon on Sunday, May 31. Registration closes Thursday, May 7. This is a great training event if you are planning to do the Tyhee Lake Triathlon. Each leg is shorter than in a Sprint distance event and the swim takes place in the fantastic Canfor Leisure Pool. One lucky competitor will also win free entry to this year's Tyhee Lake Triathlon.
