Afternoon skiing.
Evening bike ride. ☀️🏔️🚴♀️
This is why I train.
Not to punish my body.
Not to chase exhaustion.
And definitely not to spend hours doing workouts I hate.
I train so I can say YES to adventures.
YES to long hikes.
YES to ski days.
YES to bike rides under mountain views.

Longer days, sunshine, trails, lakes… we get it ~ summer in the Valley makes it a little harder to stay inside ☀️🏔️
As we head into the warmer months, we’re simplifying our class schedule and focusing on what we do best: strength training that keeps you feeling strong, capable, and ready for all your summer adventures.
💪 Monday Strength – 6:15 PM
💪 Wednesday Strength – 6:15 PM
These will be our only group classes running from May through fall. All other classes will pause for the summer and return in the fall.
Whether you’re hiking, biking, paddling, travelling, or just soaking up summer ~ keep your strength consistent so you can enjoy it all feeling your best.
