Meet Holly, our newest RMT at Horizon Kinesis Club! 🦋

Holly joins our team as a Registered Massage Therapist, fresh off graduating from Algonquin College and becoming registered with the CMTO this summer.

She also brings certifications in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Buccal Facial Massage, two techniques that add some exciting new options to what we can offer you.

Holly joins us full time in September, and appointments with her are now open for booking!

Summer's half over. So is our rate.🔥

Bring your person, whoever that is. Couple, best friend, situationship, platonic gym buddy (we don't ask questions). Sign up together on a 3, 6, or 12 month membership and one of you walks away with 50% off. Can't decide who gets the deal? Split it 25% each and skip the argument.

No admin fees. No sign-up costs. No cancellation fees. Definitely no corporate contract a mile long you'll regret signing. Just a local gym you can actually trust.

Offer ends August 25th. Both of you need to sign up together, in person, at the front desk. Swing by anytime during business hours and lock it in.

Most people are focused on hitting their protein number. But if your body isn't digesting and absorbing what you're taking, the number is irrelevant.

Spoken Grass Fed Beef Protein is formulated around one idea: that protein quality matters more than protein quantity. Grass fed beef broth protein paired with Tendoforte® bioactive collagen peptides means you're not just feeding your muscles, you're supporting the tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue that keep you training consistently.

Every ingredient earns its place. Added Vitamin C to drive collagen synthesis. goCOCOA vegan fats to improve absorption. Zero added sugar, naturally sweetened with organic stevia, and no unnecessary carbohydrates.
18g of complete protein per serving. 40 servings per tub. Available in chocolate and vanilla.

This one is particularly relevant if you've dealt with joint issues, soft tissue injuries, or you just don't tolerate whey well. It's the protein we'd recommend to our therapy clients as much as our gym members.

Now in stock at HKC. Come see us at the front desk.
