Our weight room training courses combine expert-led instruction with the energy of a small group to help you stay accountable and achieve your goals.

Mondays: Glutes, Quads & Core (5:45-6:45pm)
Wednesdays: Arms, Back & Chest (5:45-6:45pm)

Choose one day or train twice a week! Expect a mix of machines, free weights, and fresh training techniques to keep every workout challenging and effective.
