OMHA U15 & U18 DRYLAND DEVELOPMENT

We’re excited to offer our U15 & U18 players a 6-session Strength & Conditioning Program this fall!

In partnership with Bruce County Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centre, players will work on:

Strength & power
Speed & explosiveness
Mobility & movement quality
Athletic development

📅 October–December 2026
💰 Approximately $50 per player for all 6 sessions

SSMHA is subsidizing this program to keep the cost affordable for our players.

This program is designed to help our athletes build strength, move better and become stronger, more confident athletes — both on and off the ice.

NEW THIS SEASON: SSMHA POWER SKATING

We’re excited to introduce a new player development initiative at SSMHA through our partnership with H&H Power Skating.

This will give our players more chances to work on one of the most important foundations of the game — skating.

🥅U9 & U11 Team-Based Power Skating

Our U9 and U11 teams will take part in dedicated power skating sessions with H&H Power Skating

🗓️PD Day Power Skating Session — October 16

We’re also excited to offer a special Power Skating Development Session on Friday, October 16, giving players an additional opportunity to get on the ice and focus on skating development. Registration for the PD Day session will be announced in weeks to come.

Offering $50 sessions for children ages 7+ and parents, Monday & Tuesday afternoons/evenings, with support for:
