April 23rd will be our final GRIT Fit Group Class of the season!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout our 5th year of GRIT. We’re incredibly grateful for this community.
Our mission has always been to share our passion for fitness at every stage of life, while helping you build knowledge, confidence, and appreciation for functional fitness.
We can’t wait to finish the season strong with you! ❤️

Due to road conditions, we need to cancel our GRIT Fit group class for tonight at 5:30! Sorry for the inconvenience and stay warm! ❄️⛄

🎅GRIT Holiday Schedule🎄
There will be no GRIT classes the week of Christmas.
Class will resume Tuesday, December 30th and we will go back to our usual Thursday class schedule starting January 8th!

Reminder that GRIT is tonight at 5:30 instead of Thursday this week! 😊

GRIT Fit Group Class will be on Tuesday, October 28th at 5:30 this week!
We had to adjust our schedule this week to accommodate Halloween festivities at the school.

Classes will go back to Thursdays next week (November 6th)!

Thursday evening at 5:30 we will be hosting our first workout of the season! 🏋️
Adults of all fitness levels and stages of life are welcome. Bring your workout shoes and a water bottle and join us for a good sweat! 😅

We look forward to seeing our returning members and to welcoming anyone interested in trying out a class (Your first class is free - just wear stretchy, breathable clothing and bring indoor running shoes and a water bottle.)!
