The Strong Mom Society is collaborating with Fit+Fierce® to be their amazing program to Spruce Grove!

Fit+Fierce® is a confidence-building program for girls ages 9–17 that combines fitness, mindset, and nutrition to help girls become stronger in both mind and body.

What Your Daughter Receives Each Month

✨ One 2-Hour Signature Session
Our interactive monthly Signature Session brings together all three core pillars:

* 💪 Fitness: Build strength, confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with movement.
* 🧠 Mindset: Develop confidence, resilience, leadership, emotional regulation, communication, and life skills.
* 🥗 Nutrition: Learn how to fuel the body, build healthy habits, and make confident nutrition choices.

🏋️ Three Additional 1-Hour Fitness Sessions
Girls also attend three fitness classes each month, reinforcing the strength, confidence, and healthy habits introduced during the Signature Session.

More Than a Fitness Program

Every girl becomes part of a supportive community where she is encouraged, mentored, and surrounded by positive female role models and peers. She’ll build confidence, meaningful friendships, and lifelong skills that extend far beyond the gym.
