Thank you Sponsors!!
Big news! On October 15th the generous sponsors of our New Courts in developed by the Parkland Pickleheads Pickleball Club in partnership with Stony Plain Land Inc. came out for a sneak peek of the 28 outdoor courts.
With the Outdoor Courts 90% completed, sponsors got to see their sponsorship signage and hear about the final items to be completed with a Grand Opening scheduled for the Spring of 2027.
Yet to be completed is the inside of the indoor facility that Stony Plain Land Inc is completing over the fall and winter. The Indoor Facility will feature 14 courts, giving the complex a total of 42 courts making it the Largest Dedicated Pickleball Facility in Canada.
Some of the Sponsors and Local Dignitaries had a chance at the Sponsor's Tour to check out the new Pickleball Courts in Stony Plain, Alberta.
They had a great game with MLA Searle Turton, City of Spruce Grove - Mayor Jeff Acker, Town of Stony Plain - Mayor William Choy, and Past City of Spruce Grove Councillor - Stu Houston competing, as Pickleheads' Board Member - Roger Carrier looks on to make sure the match is conducted fairly
Thank you to all who attended feel free to tag people you know in these photos.
