Hey ladies,
Sad to say we have been pushing this decision off to see how things progressed this spring but in order to help and support our wonderful essential workers stay safe and healthy we have decided to put a hold on the 2020 Ride Series until further notice.
We will be keeping an eye on the recommendations from our Health Officials and local and federal Governments, and if and when it is safe to ride together again you better believe we are going to make it count!
Thanks to all who showed up week after week to suffer together at Day Time Cycling throughout the winter - it was great to see some new faces and a blast to ride with coach Jenny Segger again!
I encourage each of you to share your journey during this time - to help you share 7mesh has launched our campaign - to help keep our tight knit community support one another through these challenging times. We want to see how you are keeping sane and how you are getting outside safely! Mellow rides, hitting the roads (or groads 😜), hiking, running, binge watching netflix with your Alice and Brohm ice cream, baking Sourdough bread with the best or spending time with your family - all you need to do to share tag and on IG or Facebook and we will share and post on 7mesh.com/safeescapes
In the meantime I will be posting some options to help you stay safe, happy and healthy! I encourage you all to use this page to do the same - we have an amazing group of ladies and a fantastic local bike community, thanks to all for your continued support.
Cheers,
Steph

Hey Ladies!
For anyone joining the Oct 2 - Dec 11 7mesh Ladies session at Day Time Cycling just a few reminders!
-Class is 6:30-7:30pm - if you can't make it please email Greg, Jen or send us a message so that we can free up your spot for someone on the waitlist
-Remember to bring your own SPD compatible shoes (NO ROAD CLEATS!) - they will have some extra shoes but sometimes your size disappears quick
-There is a washroom for changing before/after but can be in hot demand so would recommend changing before hand or leaving yourself a bit of a buffer
-Bring a bottle of water (or two!) and an extra towel
-Bring your grunts, cheers, and excitement for another great round of with our amazing coach Jenny Segger
Any other questions feel free to post here, or email Day Time Cycling directly.
Cheers - see you tomorrow night!
