Monday night we finally got to celebrate our most recent accomplishment: being the recipients of the 2024 Cornel Trophy for our skates at the Skate NL Provincial Synchronized Skating Championships! Being named the best team in the competition in the opinion of the judges is an honour and privilege.

Thank you everyone who has supported us along the way, we wouldn’t be here without each and every one of you❤️✨

Synergy Open

There are no words to describe the roller coaster of emotions that was 2024 Skate NL synchro provincials, from skating one program far far away from what we are capable of, to going out and laying down a second program that exceeded all of our expectations and improving our score by 16 points from skate to skate.

We were thrilled, elated, and so proud of each other for pulling it together when it mattered most, skating a program from our hearts that was full of joy and love for the sport and each other. Provincial silver medalists, our day was made!❤️🥈……

For those of you who follow synchronized skating in our province, you may have been so eager to know which team would be the lucky recipients of the Cornel Trophy, an award given to the team - in the opinion of the judging panel - was the best team in the entire competition. It’s every synchro skaters dream to receive this prestigious award, and yesterday, our dreams came true.

To hear our name called for this award was a feeling we will never forget. The hard practices, the feeling of defeat time and time again, losing motivation and wondering if we will ever be good enough, the late night practices, blood sweat and tears put into not only this season but the past 4 seasons, became worth it yesterday. We are so honoured and grateful to be recognized by such a well known panel of judges for all of our hard work leading up to this moment.

To Katie and Leslie for pushing us through the difficult practices even when most of us wanted to give up, and for being our #1 fans through it all, we thank you for the bottom of our hearts.
To all the “momagers” that are in our corner keeping us together and helping us out behind the scenes, as well as our actual manager Jenna for all your time and effort put into us, we thank you all.
To Tara, for giving us the building blocks to turn this program into more than we could ever imagine, we thank you so much.
To everyone else that is there cheering us on along the way, you know who you are - and we thank each and everyone of you.

Introducing Synergy Open 2023-2024!

We are now about a month into training for this upcoming season and we couldn’t be more excited on how our program is coming along so far! We have a strong, determined, and fun group of girls and we have been working so hard! 💙🫶🏼

To Tara,

Your patience, your confidence in us, your ability to see greatness in us as a team, your determination to craft us a program that shows our strengths, our speed, our love of synchro. We say thank you.

Thank you for the long hours and late nights this week. Thank you for letting us into your creative process and working with us to build a program that gives us the foundation to shine on the ice. We are so grateful for your dedication to our team, and we thank you from the bottom of all our little hearts for all your time and energy you spent this week making sure each and everyone of us felt special and noticed and loved.

Starting our 2023-2024 season off with a team picnic at Cape Spear! It was so nice to get outdoors together before a long but fun week of choreography next week with !! We are so excited to see what next season brings! ☀️🧺
