Most of you guessed 2-4 years for Merasheen Bay Oysters to grow🤭 It actually takes 4-5 years for our oysters to grow to their size before being harvested!!🤯
Due to our cold ocean waters it takes our oysters longer to grow than most, giving them their crisp salty taste. In this photo you can see the new growth forming on this oyster!🦪
