FUTURE FOOTBALL STARS FESTIVAL

Come out, have fun, and support youth soccer!

The SJSC BU17 & GU17 teams are hosting a 5v5 Future Football Stars Festival as a fundraiser to help support their teams at Canada Soccer National Championships this October!

September 11–13
KGV Turf Field
U9, U10 & U11 Boys & Girls
$300 per team

The festival will follow Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards and is sanctioned by the NLSA.

What a way to wrap up the season for our SJS GU7, GU8 & BU9 players!

Our youngest players had an absolute ball at their end-of-year celebration. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

A special thank you to Coach Andrew Murphy for his generous financial contribution towards the Kool Daddy’s Ice Cream truck, and to Coach Mike Day and Boston Pizza for the pizza contribution.

Thank you as well to Foam Party NL, Kool Daddy’s Ice Cream Truck, and Frontline Action for putting together an epic party for our players.

Last but certainly not least, thank you to all of the parent volunteers who fundraised, contributed, and helped plan and organize the evening. Your time and effort helped make this celebration possible.

A fantastic way to finish the season with our youngest players. We can’t wait to see what’s next for this group.

***PLEASE NOTE: This event was privately funded and organized as a BU9 fundraiser. The GU7/8 groups were invited to join the celebration due to their shared field time at Wishingwell.***

CHALLENGE CUP AWARDS

A huge congratulations to our SJS players recognized at this year’s Challenge Cup awards!

We’re proud to celebrate Evan Carter, Santiago Herrera, and Marc Keumegne on their accomplishments this season.

Congratulations to all three on an incredible season and a well deserved recognition of their hard work and performances!

Happy Regatta Day! There is no soccer practice today so our players and families can enjoy the festivities at Quidi Vidi. Rest up, have fun, and we’ll be back on the pitch tomorrow!
