In sport, we talk a lot about strength, resilience, and pushing through challenges. But real strength also means checking in on yourself and the people around you.

A simple conversation can make a difference. Ask a teammate how they’re doing. Listen without judgment. Speak up when you need support. No one should feel like they have to face struggles alone.
