Also note that there will be a new class time of 9:15AM starting next Wednesday September 2.
So next Wednesday’s class will be 9:!5 moving forward, and on Monday September 14 we will start our second class at 9:15 regularly as well.

A huge congratulations to Eleanor and Maynard, an incredible husband and wife team who have officially reached 250 workouts at AgeRight!

In their 80s and still showing up, getting stronger, and investing in their health together.

250 workouts isn’t just a number. It’s 250 decisions to keep moving, maintain strength, protect independence, and keep doing the things that make life enjoyable.

Eleanor and Maynard are a perfect reminder that there is no age limit on getting stronger.

Welcome Sharon Trainor to the AgeRight team!
Sharon is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Guide, Stronger U Seniors Fitness Instructor, Running Coach, Longevity Life Coach, and Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner. Her passion is helping people move with confidence, breathe with ease, and feel deeply supported in their bodies—no matter their age or starting point.

We’re so happy to have her with us and look forward to her valuable experience, care and teaching she brings with her!

Sharon will be teaching: “Yin & Yang Yoga with Yoga Nidra” on Thursdays at 10:30am
