Don't accept excuses from yourself. The only way you'll achieve your goal is by working for it.

The human way is to look for the easiest path so if you decide to sit and ponder over what to do, you will find excuses to go for the easiest option. You will convince yourself eventually, you will procrastinate and you will spend so much time pondering that in the end your decision will be โ€œI donโ€™t have enough time nowโ€. Been there ? I have !!!!!

Convince yourself to get up get out and kill the day every day!!!!!

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Try this Kettlebell workout, practicing these techniques will enhance your form. Smooth contact with the bell on the forearm during the clean and sn**ch in particular.

A strong back position, donโ€™t hunch and utilize the glutes by driving the hips and squeezing.
-
(My form is far from perfect, hence the repetitions. Itโ€™s a process !!)
