We have established a partnership with the Lee family to introduce roller hockey leagues at Goulds arena. Registration for Men's, Women's, and Youth leagues will go live this week.

It was a great year 2024 we finally got Roller hockey back on the Rock ❤️

What started as a skate at North Point ended up with a Provincial team going to Nashville to take on teams from North America but were unfortunately stopped by a hurricane.

Our Men’s league was a big success as well as the Provincial Tournament that was held over the summer.

We had lots of drop in skates with youth divisions under 12, under 10, learn to play groups under 8 overall it was a great experience and we look forward to a better 2025🏒🥅

Congrats to the St. John’s Senior Men’s A league Champions St. John’s Sting with a two game sweep of Generals last night at Yetmans Arena.

Backed by veteran goalie Ray Martin and playoff MVP Steve Tilley and offensive tandem of Steve Richards and Malcom Bremner the Sting upset the 1st place Generals with a two game sweep.

What a great season overall can’t thank all the players enough for getting this league started was a lot of fun and it’s great to see this awesome sport being played here again in Newfoundland.

This game featured former OHL, Qmjhl, Roller hockey professional player, and many junior and senior players. Current and former.

Lots of skill and experience and a great finish to the 2024 season.

Team Newfoundland will be travelling to 🇺🇸 Nashville Tennesse end of this month to participate in the Nashty Cup against some of the top teams in North America in the Senior A Division.

We had a great Provincial Senior A tournament this weekend. The veteran squad of Peter Easton Pub edged out Mount Pearl Blades for a championship win at Yetmans Arena.

Was a great day all around,lots of fans and a big day for Rolller Hockey in Newfoundland.

The mission is to grow this great sport here on the Rock. Adult and Youth divisions.

Thanks to all helped out and to all the players who participated the hockey was top notch and the competition was amazing.

Already looking forward to next year’s provincials.

Murray Smith was named tournament MVP as he filled the net and played stellar defense on the point, with a couple of game winning goals in playoffs.
