The winner moves on to Sunday's championship game while the loser earns a date in the semifinal contest against one of a possible four opponents.

The third-place Steelers will meet sixth-placed Équipe Quebec and it's battle of Ontario in the 4 vs. 5 match, with the Kars Aces holding home-field advantage over the Bytown Belles. The winners of both games advance to a quarter-final on Saturday evening, with the winner advancing to the semifinal on Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the consolation round at Victoria Park will see host Galway and Team Newfoundland and Labrador, the Corner Brook-based Animal Health Centre Wildcats, meet in the 8 vs. 9 contest, with the winner advancing to take on the P.E.I. Stealers for 7th place overall.
