How the personal trainer build up your training program? Training programs are generally 3 parts: warm-up, training, and stretch. The warm-up is for getting your body ready for your strength or cardio training. Your training will be the training that helps you reach your goal. The stretch will you to improve your flexibility to aginst aging or tight muscle. Do not give up any part of those three. Any training which just contains one of those parts is not a correct program for you. If you wondering the reason why, contact me I'll help!
