Skate Night at the BMC

Skate Night at the BMC

Skate night at the BMC is a skate session held twice a week at Buckmaster Circle Rec We don't have this down to a science yet so feedback is always welcome.

Skate night at the BMC is a part of a bigger non-profit movement for the skateboard community in Newfoundland. Right now we have booked two nights a week at the Buck Master Circle rec centre for everyone to skate during the winter. Renting the space comes at a price so there will be a charge for each session. This Sunday December 6, 2015 will be our soft-launch night to introduce skate nights. Sun

UPDATE! Just want to say thanks for the continued support and interest. Unfortunately we are officially out of the BMC but we are working hard everyday to find a new spot in or around the city. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions please private msg us. Thanks again!!

TUESDAY NIGHT SESSION CANCELLED! Due to some convoluted reasoning from the city we won't be continuing our skate nights at the BMC...This isn't over yet, we're working hard to remedy the situation and find an alternative place. All those who paid for Tuesday already will be getting a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll keep you posted on the situation as it unfolds.

For those that didn't get a spot for this sunday now's your chance to grab a spot for Tuesday's 5:30-7pm session. This session is $10 and the only way to reserve a spot is by sending the money to [email protected] via email transfer. First 20 payments to show up in my inbox make the list.

This sunday is sold out!! Posting Tuesdays schedule and taking payments for that session starting tomorrow!

RULES:
In order to keep this spot there has to be a few ground rules so we don't get kicked out. If someone breaks the rules they'll get the boot and won't get to come back as we don't have that many spots available.

1. SKATEBOARDS ONLY
2. Outside shoes can stay in the porch, this way we're not tracking in water.
3. Smoke and drink before coming if you're going to do it.
4. No food or drinks allowed in the facility. Bottled water only.
5. Respect the facility. We don't own the space so we can get kicked out pretty easy.
6. Everything else is common sense. Just don't be a jerk.

Thanks!
